RIMS IND Subscriptions

Please read these terms carefully before subscribing to our services

1. Introduction

Welcome to RIMS IND, a digital healthcare platform providing online health management services for patients, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation professionals. By subscribing to any of our plans or using our platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Plans

RIMS IND offers the following subscription categories:

Patient Subscription
Single Clinic Subscription
Rehab & Allied Health Subscription (Single & Multi-Doctor Clinics)
Hospital Subscription
Nursing Home Subscription (Start-up & Professional)
Polyclinic Subscription (Start-up & Professional)

Each subscription includes a defined set of features and services as outlined on our website and in related promotional materials.

3. Payment Terms

Advance Payment Required

All subscription fees must be paid in advance via authorized digital payment methods (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.).

Payment Gateway

All transactions are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateway providers.

Billing Cycle

Monthly and annual subscription options are available. Invoices will be automatically generated and shared via registered email or mobile number.

Invoice Responsibility

Subscribers are responsible for keeping their own tax and accounting records based on the invoices provided.

4. Service Activation

All services will be activated only upon confirmation of payment. Access to the subscribed features will be granted as per the plan selected.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time via their dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancellation stops automatic renewal of the subscription. However, access to the services will remain active until the current subscription period expires.
  • No refunds will be issued for early cancellations.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment

Technical errors resulting in overcharges

Failure of service despite technical assistance

Refund Request Process
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date.
  • Supporting documents or screenshots must be provided for review.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

7. Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, or availability of any subscription plan at any time to adapt to market needs, system upgrades, or legal compliance. Any such changes will be communicated to users in advance via email or in-app notifications.

RIMS IND complies with industry standards for data protection and patient privacy. We use encryption, access controls, and secure server infrastructure to ensure all data is handled responsibly. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Software Demonstration & Customization

  • For Hospital, Nursing Home, and IPD/Management Systems, software demonstrations are available upon request—online or in person.
  • Customization options are available based on your institution's policies and workflow.
  • Final pricing for these systems will be determined after understanding your specific needs.

11. Support & Assistance

  • Free technical and customer support is available to all subscribers via phone, chat, or email.
  • Priority support is available for selected plans.
  • Service hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)

12. Limitation of Liability

RIMS IND shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss resulting from the use or inability to use the platform
  • Delay or failure due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages)
  • Unauthorized access to user accounts due to credential sharing or negligence

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in West Bengal, India.
